Our Team

Hi! We are the Cassidy family! I’m Erin and together with my cruise-agent husband Jim, we have been lucky and blessed to have sailed on more than 60 cruises, ranging from quick overnights to 15 days!

Jim has been a Cruise Specialist for over 30 years and is passionate about all things cruising! On his websites, he offers Cruise Advice and bookings, easy access to your Shore Excursion choices, and, importantly, the Cruise Protection travel insurance that is so critical to have.

Our boys, James and Andrew, are avid cruisers as well, and want to make sure that people of all ages get a chance to get “addicted” to cruising. It only takes one time! They bring their Millenial and Gen Z knowledge to our CruiseShipShop team and give us much needed help with our socials, articles, and videos.

Jim’s parents, Scotty and Marianne, are retired travel agents and multiple-agency owners with over 50 years of experience in the travel industry. They bring their insight and vast knowledge of cruising to our team and are instrumental in adding to our website content.

At CruiseShipShop our motto is: Shop. Pack. Cruise. Repeat.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and help make your packing (and repacking) for your cruise vacation a breeze!
